Bush AFTER Rumsfeld resigned.

"Don Rumsfeld has been a superb leader during a time of change,"

McCain AFTER Rumsfeld resigned.

"The war was terribly mismanaged and Rumsfeld will go down as one of the worst secretaries of defense in history,"

Now...Where McCain and Democrats differ is the "surrender" option. McCain does not want to surrender and admit defeat at a time when the eyes of the World are upon us. Especially our enemies in the rouge Arab Nations.
