Sorry, I'm not able to oblige you with my opinion, because as KiwiJochen says, I'm somewhat biased towards this tool. However he seems to have given you the independent view you were after.
I'm personally using speed camera info from PocketGpsWorld, as I have free membership there (obtained by submitting a new fixed camera location). However there are some others you could try too, although I can't comment on them having not used them. Don't bother with the free ones as their data is too inaccurate and out of date to be of any use.
