Yes on the lock the doors when you drive off.
No on the unlock when motor off.
No on the mirrors auto folding...just click the little button next to the button to roll down your windows for that one.

Dealer will probably charge you between 1/2 to 1hr labor to do any reprogramming but you can try and get it for free.
