apparently MBworld has a "subscription" policy to sell stuff. I guess one can argue I can pay for a membership today and sell something tomorrow. So it really is up to the buyer as well. Also - don't mail a check.. well unless its through USPS so you can claim mail fraud, but why go through the hassle.
