Hi, I'm new to the forums & just purchased an 04' X5. The navigation DVD unit won't accept the disc. Tried to insert the DVD, it just won't suck it in. It has a small red light thats flashing on the front panel.

I called my dealer & they said they only replace them, not repair. I then called BMW North America and was told, very rudely, that there was a way to get them repaired but I had to take it to the dealer.

Does anyone know who does repair on the Nav computers/DVD mechanisms? I am happy to send it anywhere to get it fixed.
