My position is that the United States of America adopt a resolution making English our "Official Language" which would require that all "official" documents, forms and communications be printed in English only. I would also require all NEW citizens to pass a basic English test as part of the requirements for a Green Card.

I could care less what language you choose to speak at home or in public.

Also I doubt that "ALL" the immigrants in Miami speak English.

How is that unreasonable or racist?
