Thumbs up Test Drive 135i

I just picked up my X from VAC Motorsports in Philly, had some work done (new rotors, calipers painted silver, LED tails installed, etc., I will post pics within the next week when I get a chance) and the owner Armand threw me the keys to their newest project car a 135i 6 speed. I took it out for a very quick test drive and it felt like I was sitting an E30 M3 only 10 times nicer! It has every option imaginable, I also learned that while driving in the rain the brakes pulse without you even knowing to get the water off of the pads to make braking more effective in wet weather. Second gear starts were a piece of cake and the car had so much torque and power (I didn't go higher than 3rd gear and only hit about 50 mph). One 3rd gear start was no problem either. It was an absolute joy I just wish I had more than a couple minutes in it.

The boys at VAC already have in the works a tii kit for 135i consisting of larger oil cooler, engine management software and a suspension kit. When their project car is finished I will post pics.
