Thanks for the advice

Already tried all of the above, no disc in it. Even removed the unit (very easy, 4 bolts) & took off the cover (just pops off), verified no disc in it.

Tried disconnecting power for a while & plugging back in to reset - No luck.

Anyone know where I send it for repair?
