Thanks for the reply. I believe I found what the problem was. I experimented on how water is getting there by just pouring water on top of the door. The water is coming from the door out of bottom of the interior plastic just above the rubber seal. I disassembled the door and found the water started coming from the rubber seals of the front and back stacks on which window is sliding and then was going through bottom of black isolation rubber to the side of interior plastic. It seems like it is not the best engineering solution on how they make the door. Changing the seals will not help. I just glued very well the black isolation rubber inside the door hoping that water will not be going through. I think it will work for a while.
