Ummm, yeah, OK....nice try While we're at it why don't we also try Bill Clinton for the murder of Army Rangers who were rejected armor support in Somalia, try LBJ for the murder of 58,000 Americans in Vietnam, and so on and so forth.

What a crock f sh$%. I can't believe this guy got airtime. I'm no fan of W, but last time I checked the President is the Commander in Chief. And it is the job of Congress, NOT the judiciary to approve or reject funding for a President's military actions. US Courtrooms have no jurisdiction over the conduct of a President in a war. If they did, we may as well not have a military, since every time a soldier died in combat, there'd be a lawsuit.
