Seeing as how V26 just came out a few weeks ago, I would expect V27 to be released in about 6 months. I think some of this is fueled by speculation that another release will be made soon to address some user concerns about the loss of seeing more road details on the higher map levels (those above 1/4 mile). This is pure speculation, though.
Trust me, when it comes out this will be one of the first places that you'll be able to find it
