don't know about EZ pass, but the Fastrak we have in the Bay Area technically doesn't belong to the owner of the car; they expect us to return it eventually, either for replacement because of battery, malfunction, or updating; so make sure you actually own it.  |
Actually, I think it's the same. It's supposed to be returned when you're done with it... So Michelle probably should not paint it...
