Recently received my bluetooth retrofit kit for the X5. Following installation I noticed two things

1) A humming noise coming from the speakers with I turn on the lights. The noise goes away with the light off. I know it is the ULF because if I disconnect it the problem goes away.

2) Same humming noise with dialing a number and during the conversation.

Seems to me to be a grounding issue with the ULF. I've sent BimmerNav an email but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and knows of a fix.
