Scratch one dead waste of space. It's just tragic that the other life lost was an innocent baby. Stand by for the family of the dead guy to sue.

Too bad this wasn't in San Bernardino County, California where the helo crews are still authorized to shoot from the air. They might have been able to take this guy out before the child sustained the fatal injuries.
