Go for the Sig. If you are worried about buying from out of state, it's not that difficult. As long as the gun is legal in your state and it ships from a FFL dealer to a FFL dealer you're legal. Your FFL receiving dealer will take care all the MD background stuff.
I'm currently dealing with a transfer from FL to CA on something.

Yeah that is 100% possible, I would just need to find a dealer that does up a charge on the piece..which is what almost all of them try. They know what I'm trying to avoid
