It's about time someone started publishing GOOD news. The 12 yr old did exactly what you are supposed to do. More people ought to get involved preventing criminals from getting away with their lawlessness. You see a crime, report it! I never understood the "Don't be a snitch" remark. I will never understand how people doing harm to others, feel they should not be held responsible for their actions.
