I took my 04 E53 X5 in for some work as per my previous thread, well I was suprised to hear there is a $50.00 deductible every time you bring it in, plus if they don't find any problem, like lets say you hear a sound that comes from the engine or any part thats weird and comes now and then and they can't hear the sound after the test drive, then they will charge you for the time
Its like you puked couple times last evening and you go to the Doctor and the he says well unless you do that infront of me I can't find whats wrong with you...
So I've called BMW Business part of the Dealership, to complain that I was never informed of this kind of stuff, also not all is covered under the warranty, the pamplet they gave me lookes as all would be covered but there could be an item in the engine like transister "B" which if at fault is not under warranty.
They are gonna get back to me about this, cause I said the reason I bought from you is the peice of mind, I spent more on this X5 from you than buying it from Dick and Janes Fine Used Cars...there is a reason I paid more to you folks and that reason is worthless if I have to think about bringing the car in twice....
