Thanks. Unfortunately, I don't have access to her desktop. I emailed her the file so she does have it.
I think it's probably the Office 2008 for Mac SP1 issue that MS has acknowledged. I've asked her what version she has. If it is this, there are probably other Mac users that will have the issue too
