Second attempt to fix oil leak

The dealer acknowledged the car is still leaking, and believes its either a faulty drain plug or possible oil pan defect around the plug since they don't see any oil above that point. This time they inspected the threads on both the pan and plug, found nothing, and then replaced the crush washer again AND the drain plug "just in case".

I took a look under the car this morning before driving it over to the dealer and could see oil about an inch above the drain plug (couldn't see much further up the pan given the undercarriage cover), so I'm a bit skeptical about the drain plug theory. The service mgr thought that could just be blow back from driving. Maybe, in couple days I should know.

If it still leaks, they want to replace the oil pan. At that point, I'll probably request to get under the car with them and take a look myself and get others involved.
