In comparison with your version (which is quite old) may be there would be some graphic differencies..... but in comparison with v29 - there is no visible differencies.....

So, procedure for the naviSW update (could not find the link so I will write it by myself )
1. Ignition to the position 1
2. Remove map CD from navi unit
3. Put into navi SW-disk
4. Update progress will come on the screen
5. DO NOT SWITCH OFF THE IGNITION DURING UPDATE PROGRESS, otherwise you'll kill your navi
6. After the finishing you'll be asked to remove CD from navi and press OK on the monitor (by right monitor button)
7. Navi will reboot.... during this time you can pray
8. Navi booted up and you can put into navi mapCDdisk and enjoy with the latest naviSW
