Two button operation that seems easy. Pairing up to an iPhone was/is very easy. I made a few calls to my office and I can hear them well and they say my voice is pretty good. I couldn't find them at any local retailer so I ordered from them direct. They shipped same day UPS Ground and I received today. Total cost for us CA residents is $140.06 (free ground shipping).
