Gun ban, removed...
to continue this discussion...
I saw a "ON Focus" video from CNN where this line was quoted:

I disagree 100% with that sentence. Until people get it through their heads that a piece of metal and composite can't think..and thusly shoot you, they will never be able to hold water in a discussion on guns. A person hurt you, they choose to use a gun. If the same person ran you over with a car, did you go after GM or did you go after the person? Why is it considered so different when a gun is in play? Why are laws written about guns when the vast majority of "gun" murders are done w/illegal fire arms in the first place? And last time I checked, murder itself was illegal.
