costco fills their tires with nitrogen, that is correct.
however, if you have not bought your tires from them, you are SOL! and since costco doesnt sell 20s, then most of us are SOL with the nitrogen fill!
unless of course, one is willing to go to the back of the shop and slip a 10 or 20 for some nitrogen on the spot
