Sorry to hear about your issues, I have experienced some of these issues and the dealer promptly addressed them.

Regarding #1, 7 and 9:
1. Unfortunatley, this is a design problem, not much the dealer can do about it.
7. The mpg from the computer is just an average, they only way to get a true reading is over long distance. You cant expect to make comparison on multiple short trips and expect them to be accurate compared with long trips.
9. The camera sucks at night, no question. Not much the dealer can do about this as its a design decision from BMW. Call the 800 number and complain, maybe after enough of us complain they will do something. The dealers hands are tied. BTW- There are multiple threads on this topic alone.

I find that your attitude has alot to due with how a dealer treats you, if you go in with a good attitude and ask for help with your problems it goes along way toward how they work with you. I'm not saying this is right, bottom line is the dealer should address everyones issues equally, but its just how it is.

BTW- have you used regular fuel?
How many miles do you have?
