Not trying to knock trainers but why do u need one long term... once u figured out what muscles do what isn't it sorta obvious? Should also be easy to motivate u'reself and set u're own goals....Then again if having the trainer helps u commit and makes it enjoyable then why not..

Also i think u would get better results with better equipment...i do bench but i also believe in isolating muscles for development and sometimes better equipment helps that(particularly lower back)...If u're benching 195 then u have to work the leggs as well so they don't get left behind and i don't see any equipment for u're hamstrings and calves??

House looks great.. No bright colors and the harsh concrete make it simple and appealing...The weider weights are the brightest thing in u're house
