I hear ya. Well, I don't know if that 70" XBR is even available in stores anymore, but it couldn't hurt to ask (you never know whats sitting in the back room!). In thea meantime you should start pokin' around the stores and get an idea of what you like and don't like. It's a terrible environment to view such an expensive piece of equipment, but it's kind of your only choice....
