Not sure there are a few web sites out ther that will do this also, however they all seem to do it the same way.

You add a POI not replace one, I know it works for the HIGH and PRO versions of the map discs, I've not tried it for the 08-2 versions (H or P) yet, as I've not seen one.

E65 is a PRO disc I think, it should work, the 08-1 PRO disc I made up for a friend works fine.
