You'll never sell it. Nobody wants to have to suffer without a beverage cossetted securely whilst motoring. I cannot imagine driving without my mocha chocha latte ya ya nestled firmly in the cup holder. With that serious defect your X5 should be totaled and sold with a salvage title. Good luck!
