A friend of mine has a honda and did not pass inspection because his bumper was not properly attached. The honda dealer is charging him ~$700 to get a new bumper since they said it was beyond repair. I told him that sounded steep and there was probably a good indy shop that could do the same job for cheaper.

Any suggestions?
