I wouldnt say it is way too high. It might be about a grand on the high side...easily within negotiation range. I sold my 01 X5 3.0 in August for 23500 with 68500 miles and no extended warranty. It also didnt have the cool mods on it, plus it was pearl beige with pastel green interior. -- not exactly what I call a highly desireable color. This guy should be able to get close to what he is asking for. Remember...these X5s hold resale better than they should....
