I too just got my 4.8i X5 w/sport package and 20" wheels with the OEM RF's 2 weeks ago and it rides great!!i was really worried about the ride too but honestly it rides really smooth....I've had 19" Volk wheels w/ Michelin Pilot Sports on a Lexus I used to own and the ride was not nearly as nice as with the X5. My wife also is 7.5 months pregnant and no complaints there either!! (Always a good thing!!
