When I got into it for a test drive it had 49 on the odometer. I put like 9 more miles on it.

It was built on May 30th, so it spent about a month at dealer's lot. Maybe it was test driven a few times during this period.

It is a 2008 model, which qualifies for 0.9% and free Premium Pkg, which makes it rather attractive to me. It is also not overstuffed with options I would not order if I were to build one. It has HD and Sat radio that I am unlikely to use much, plus, it has a Cold Weather Pkg, which is ironic for Texas weather. I would gladly loose these options.

I am not 100% sure if Sport Pkg with 214 wheels is worth $4700 but pretty much all available X5 in the area have it.

I would not mind having power tailgate mostly to be able to close it softly without waking up the baby. Comfort access could be nice but that's debatable.

There is an option to order a new one custom built and to secure 2.9%. But that is approximately $3000 of a difference on a 5-year loan. Not sure if the ability to choose exact options is worth it.

Any advises are welcome
