Hey all, I have been an XM fan since day 1 and altough Sirius is OK, I'd really like to have XM installed in my '08....I have been doing a lot of research and haven't seemed to find an obvious answer to if you can have both a Sirius( got to have to the NFL channel..Go BEARS!
and XM at the same time?? I'd like to get an XM receiver and have it installed into the AUX/REAR output from the stock radio and pair the antenna ino the shark fin...That way the XM would be integrated into the iDrive system...Is this possible?? I have a call in with my local dealer but haven't heard back from them yet...Now I have a Pionner Inno that I run with that I can use a stereo jack connector and plug it into the AUX input in the storage compartment, and it works, but the volume loses at least 4dB levels and you have to have the unit near the front dash to get reception...Anyways, any information or suggetions would be great!!

PS: I did find a product called the XM Direct kit that says it can convert a Sirius reciever into XM with already existing equipment..anyone use this before??would it void any kind of dealer warranty??
