I just purchased an a '06 X5 3.0 with similar features (no nav but only 15k miles) and paid 31k for it (but got a more favorable trade in than I could elsewhere) so I think you did real well. This is my first BMW, and in fact my first car not "made in America" (grew up in a union family and couldn't get past old ideas). I love this vehicle and once again love to drive. ENJOY!
