I think the reason why we keep going to the Morristown was because it WAS in walking distance of my dad's work. It has since moved to a much bigger complex.

Also, I think the loaner cars or rides really helps over the independant specialists. If I was on a week day, we'd get a loaner and my parents could go to work easily. If it was on a weekend, we'd just ask for a ride back and we'd use our second car. Independant specialists don't have the loaner cars or rides back, so my parents think of it as a hassle they don't want to deal with.
