I don't mean to be too passive on this, but if the price was right on the car, you knew it needed tires and are happy with it otherwise, I'd just get them all replaced and be done with it. Most shops install new stems with the tires, solving the problem, and it's an expense you knew you were going to have to pay for anyway.
The jack is another concern. Didn't you notice that it was missing when you personally inspected the car, along with the flat spare? I'm not trying to beat you up on this, I ain't no used car dealer either, but I use to pick up and deliver used cars from all over the country. Mercedes, Porsche and Jags mainly. Most used cars are sold "as is" unless you make concessions with the dealer before taking delivery. I've had dealers replace the whole set of tires before I'd accept a car. I would at least get them to replace the missing jack.
Still, it's a beautiful car DipnX5. Looks like a keeper to me!
