Oh yes, he eats special Chihuahua food with very small kibbles. He is doing great now, what I believe happened was that he ate something during his walk that caused these issues.

Nothing new on the vet front, I ended up taking him to a local walk-in vet, I wasn't impressed. I want to find a small specialty vet who is specially trained in small dogs and their health genetic issues.
