You pay the taxes in the state that your register the car. If you live in Oregon, then you pay 0 tax. It cost me about $90 for DEQ/tags for 2 years. Don't want to get into the "you're so lucky" train... Oregon makes up the revenue with other higher income and property taxes. They get there cut one way or another. Good for out of state shopper though!
