Alot of BMW's to go to auction as lease returns. If you see one that is right at 2 years old, that's most likely the case. And they usually have some warranty/maintenance left. Then you could either bring it to get CPO at the dealer, or do some research and pick the best aftermarket warranty when needed.
Not all dealers send their lease returns straight to auction, but I know mine does and I have some friends that got decent deals on 2 year old BMW's still under full warranty and maintenance from auctions.
