I believe so. choosing from an independent agent would be a great idea.
one more question, by picking a really HIGH excess, it could gives a VERY low premium. I know it depends on the behaviour of the driver. But I have 7 years driving experience and have no accident before, so I'm a safe driver...(so far, at least) In that case, is it a wise choice to pick a high excess?
