i bought my 2008 X5 through pentagon auto sales in Italy, through the military program. They were great and i had absolutly no problems. They too asked for the money once the vin was assigned but that is how the program works, you have to do the financing on your own. I got the 3.0si fully loaded for 53k on the nose. It was the best purchase ever.
