Fact is, you cannot, I repeat, cannot disable that chime. At all. No BMW will do it. I'm sure there is way to do it, but BMW has instructed all dealerships not to do it. That is why I answered your question the way that I did. Aside from following some of the suggestions already put forward in this thread, there is nothing you can do.

For the record, your question has been a before on this board. A simple search would have answered your question in two minutes... and saved everyone's time.
