Not true, IMO Quick.
If a person can argue a point and then give policy they would set in detail that would alter the given course, that person would get the vote..or at least should if you believe the course needs altered. Saying you can do something and showing how you would are entirely, 100%, different. IMO the media this time around has attempted to gray out that line. I don't believe there is a person on any side of this....hmm debate (I use that loosely)..that would say Obama isn't by far the better personality.
