Here's a link to TireRack, below...the closest I could come was the 4x4 Contact, same as you ref'd,
but the super close up pic shows the sidewall # as 104H, which just may be a slightly newer version.

And, at the bottom is an anecdotal rating done by "users". Looks like an OK 9 month tire, but
having lived in real winter weather for a long time, it would not be my pick for Buffalo, et al, in Jan-March, imo.
