LOL, I heard about this, like stated it won't stop people from doing it, It won't stop me from responding to emails on my Blackberry while on the road.

Their latest hands free law has blown up in their face, nobody cares. I have a handsfree but half the time I talk on my phone without it when I can't hear the person. It's kind of funny to look around and see how many people are on their phones, I swear it's more than before!
