I have changed mine at 85k including the torque converter...tranny runs much smoother now and is not slipping as bad as it did before very happy with it...
If you are fine with yours i'd say waiting till 100k wont make much of a diff. but IMO 100K miles is too much for most if not any fluid...I keep on changing it again after 45k.
