As I've said in the past anything that remotely resembles an APBT (purebred) is labeled as a "pit bull" to make more headlines, look at how it's got all of you interested. If it said "mixed breed of unkown origin attacks" would you guys be interested?

You won't see the other breeds in the news because 1 - they don't make headlines & 2 they aren't status symbols for the dregs of the society.

When that big dog mauling case in SF first popped up the news was reporting they were pit bulls, not until it had enough national publicity did they release that they were actually dogos.
