try the first page in this thread. Download the image, burn it using imageburn OR clone CD OR Alcohol 120% make sure you burn it to the lowest speed available to you (and supported by your medium). do not worry so much about the quality tests, mine were miles off the mark and the CD still worked.

Follow the instructions Jaycee gave on the previous page, and it should work without any problems!
