3)If they repalace front rotors(not machine or turn) then it's reasonable, make sure they change pads sensor just cause they are old.
4) I've seen the ste-by-step, to me it's worth it. Do you have to top off coolant like weekly? Try to park incline(front side higher than rear side) overnight and check for puddle of coolant on the ground if yes then maybe it's necessary.
5) Are you talking CVT for both left/right or just one side?
6) I thought #4 covers this as well. Both #4 and #6 are labor intensive the cost of parts is just ridicously low.

Indy shops ussually gives 10-15% off for parts and some labor to BMW CCA member.
