To clarify: By "stick", I meant that it takes just a bit of effort to get past the first 1/8" of pedal travel. (almost feels like a "click", for lack of a better term). Once you get past that initial 1/8" or 1/4" of pedal travel then all is normal.

It comes back just fine after the brakes are applied, and braking is normal. It's just the feel of the pedal when I first start to press it in.
